The roster is free and no public login was found. It shows mugshots, names, booking numbers, booking dates, charges, and profile links. Released entries add release dates. It is a jail custody tool, so it should not be used as the sole source for formal court charges, final convictions, state prison custody, federal custody, or immigration detention.

Use the Mayes County Roster

Mayes County Search Fields

Mayes County Booking Process

Mayes County does not publish a full intake manual, so the public path has to be read from roster fields, records notes, and Oklahoma practice. Warrants are entered into the sheriff database as they are received from the Court Clerk, and there can be a one-to-three-day delay between a warrant showing on ODCR and the sheriff receiving and processing it. The page also says only the District Attorney or Court Clerk can recall a warrant. For a person booked on or near a warrant issue, compare the jail roster with ODCR or OSCN before assuming one system is wrong.

Mayes County Visitation Calls

The official jail page gives limited service details. It says friends and family can download the Prodigylink app on a smartphone or computer for video visits, and that inmates can call anytime they are in the day room. Phone time and video visitation use Prodigy, and the jail page lists Prodigy at 1-866-700-4545. The site did not publish a full onsite schedule, visit length, visitor approval process, ID rule, child rule, attorney visit rule, or dress code.
